Real Estate Services was created to take the guesswork out of selecting a real estate agent and ensure that members receive the highest level of service available. By providing members with a dedicated staff and access to Prudential's nationwide network of real estate professionals, Real Estate Services helps eliminate common problems associated with buying or selling a home and offers a rebate equal to 20% of your realtor's commission.

Each program participant is assigned a Member Advocate who oversees the process through closing and ensures that all procedures are done accurately and in a timely manner. Upon enrollment in Real Estate Services, your Advocate will conduct a needs assessment interview and match you with a local Credit Union Certified Realtor based on your needs.

Member Advocate

One of the greatest incentives to use Real Estate Services is the dedicated Member Advocates. Your Member Advocate will explain the program in more detail and gather additional information regarding your specific needs. Once the Member Advocate has a better idea of your housing needs, he or she will match you with one of a Credit Union Certified Realtor. Throughout your transaction, your Member Advocate will be an additional resource available to answer any questions you may have. The Member Advocate focuses on making this as easy as possible for you!

Credit Union Certified Realtor

After the initial discussion with your Member Advocate, he or she will choose a Credit Union Certified Realtor whose experience and personality best fits your needs. Your Member Advocate will remain in contact with you and your realtor to make sure that communication has been established and the match is appropriate. All participating agents have been hand-selected by their individual branch managers because of their exceptional member service skills and real estate knowledge.

GE's Homebuyer Privileges®

Enrollment in Real Estate Services allows you to take part in GE Homebuyer Privileges®. This Program gives home buyers and sellers access to discounts at a number of retailers nationwide, including Home Depot, Allied Van Lines, UBoxes.com, JCPenney.com, and many more.

Rebate Equal to 20% of Your Realtor's Commission

When you buy or sell a home through the Real Estate Services program, you will receive a rebate equal to 20% of the realtor's commission on your side of the transaction. Participants receive the rebate in the form of a check within 30 days of closing.
